Notice of public hearing for the 2017 Annual Action Plan

The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department has prepared the Draft 2017 Annual Action Plan, which serves as the annual application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for federal entitlement grants, including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
