It actually takes more than two to tango. The Alejandro Ziegler Tango Quartet from Buenos Aires, Argentina, brings tango music — from its inception to the present day — to the University of St. Thomas’ Cullen Hall Thursday, October 29 at 7:30 p.m. for a special event.

Presented by Casa Argentina de Houston in conjunction with the Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Houston, the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston and the University of Saint Thomas music department, the concert will feature Ignacio Quiroz on violin, Javier Stromann on bandoneon, Alfonso Santini on double bass and quartet namesake Alejandro Ziegler on piano, guitar and conducting.

General admission is $25, Institute of Hispanic Culture Houston members pay $20 and students with identification pay $15. Purchase tickets online at CasaArgentina.org.
