Breakfast-focused Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is coming to Montrose. The Denver-based restaurant chain will be located in an approximately 3,700-square-foot property at 3217 Montrose as per a recent report from the Houston Chronicle.

The lease was signed last week for the first Houston location of this community-minded company, which serves up breakfast cocktails alongside “fresh twists on America’s favorite classics” according to their website. Sustainability and charitable giving are also prominent aspects of Snooze’s business philosophy. The pancakes don’t sound too bad, either.
