LGBT Job Fair And Career Expo Coming To Montrose

The Montrose Center at 401 Branard wants to help you find a job. Not only is the Center holding a LGBT-focused job fair, but also offering workshops focusing on resumes, interviewing, LGBT-specific perspectives, special issues like disabilities or age discrimination and learning how to deal with stress that often comes with a job search.

The job fair is June 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in rooms 106/107 with a networking event in room 111 one hour prior to “get you ready to meet with potential employers.” The above-mentioned workshops are scheduled June 11 through June 17. Check out their website for specific dates and times.
