The Houston Press reports that Lucky Cat Beauty Studio at 212 Stratford is new to Montrose, with makeup artist Aubrie Layne and “beauty business guru” Laura Landry at its helm. The two honed their craft while working together at Laura Mercier, though both eventually went their own way before partnering on this latest, independent venture.

The Lucky Cat makeup collection launched last year, with the studio following recently. Notably, among the product line are vegan-friendly false eyelashes, which give volume to the lash lines without any guilt.

While Layne and Landry have their Lucky Cat line as the focus of the studio, products from a variety of brands are also available for purchase. Stop by for a relaxing consultation and a glance at their new digs.
