Eater Houston has the scoop on the new restaurant that is taking over the Thai Sticks spot on Montrose:

The culinary menu at Pax is a beautiful blend of comfort-food-meets-modern-flavor utilizing as many local ingredients as possible. Whereas Co-Chefs Adam Dorris and Plinio Sandaliowill procure an extensive list of meats and produce from names like Black Hill Farms, Atkinson Farm, Tejas Heritage, and Blue Horizon Seafood, Ross clarifies that local won’t necessarily denote the Houston-area, or even Texas.

According to Eater, the prices will range from $8-20 for entrees, with more expensive items for those looking for something special.

We look forward to having Pax Americana in the neighborhood!
