Montrose Co-Working Space Provides A Haven For Independent Therapists
The Lovett Center (900 Lovett) is an innovative new business catering to independent therapists here in Montrose. Their co-working model creates more affordable and flexible options for those needing part-time or temporary offices and meeting spaces.
The Houston Business Journal profiled the Lovett Center, which is the brainchild of clinical social worker Robert Hilliker and Will Davis, the latter of whom is a partner in the FEED TX Restaurant Group (the organization behind popular restaurants Liberty Kitchen, BRC and Petite Sweets). FEED TX partner Carl Eaves was also brought in on the project to lead building renovations, bringing Hilliker and Davis’ vision to reality.
The end result is a 15,000-square-foot downstairs space with 10 traditionally leased offices and an upstairs with four group rooms and 13 offices with alternative rental options. The Lovett Center also offers administrative support to clients through “reception, scheduling, billing and record keeping.”
