Mark Davis Talks to RealtyNewsReport About Montrose, the MFAH Expansion, and Inner Loop Success

RealtyNewsReport published a Q&A this week with Mark Davis of Davis Commercial, who may be better known in Montrose as President of the Museum District Business Alliance. Davis had many great things to say about the success of new restaurants on Lower Westheimer, the MFAH’s $450 million expansion, and future of multi-family real estate in Montrose.

He also briefly discussed Houston’s future as a tourist destination:

“Previously, the city has never been mecca for tourists, but people are discovering our museums, attractions, and restaurants. We’re already recognized as the culinary and cultural capital of the South. Added to this: the city is gearing up to host the NCAA Final Four in April and Super Bowl XI in February 2017—two events that will bring tremendous exposure”
