Doc’s Bar & Grill Opens First Location Outside of Austin in Montrose This Week

Doc’s, an Austin-based bar and grill concept, will open the doors to its Montrose location at 1303 Westheimer Rd. this week, according to Culturemap.

The indoor/outdoor bar is housed in a former Wendy’s, complete with an icehouse feel enhanced by a large patio and roll-up doors. Along the tap wall, which holds fifty drafts, will be local beers, some wine and even liquor. The food menu is mostly pub grub with a Tex-Mex influence.
