Stay Safe: Protect Your Valuables

 Please be cautious when you park your car in Montrose! There has been a recent uptick in vehicle break-ins in the area, and thieves are looking for valuables inside cars in parking lots and on streets all over the neighborhood.

Fight back by locking your car, taking your valuables with you, or storing them in your trunk. If you choose to put things in your trunk, do so before you arrive at your destination. There have been thieves watching people hide things, then breaking a window to unlatch the trunk.
