Les Ba’get Brings Top-Notch Vietnamese to Montrose

By | December 3, 2015

from the Les Ba'get Facebook pagePopular Vietnamese food truck Les Ba’get recently opened their first brick and mortar location across the street from Inversion Coffee. While they are still in their soft opening phase, it seems to be going well, drawing a great review from PaperCity Magazine.

According to PaperCity, customers can expect a wide range of menu items beyond banh mí, including breakfast options like Vietnamese steak and eggs and steamed rice crepes with pork and ham (served all-day, for those who eat breakfast for dinner), and six varieties of phó.

Of special note, according to the review, are the house-made baguettes.
