Your Houston News is reporting that the Classical Theatre Company will move into Chelsea Market at 4617 Montrose Blvd., which was recently vacated by Main Street Theater due to accessibility issues.

This is a welcome move for the Classical Theatre Company, whose artistic director, John Johnston told Your Houston News, “We’re a company that had produced in seven different locations around central Houston over the years. Moving to this new property will permit us to have a consistent and permanent home for our artists and our audiences.”

The first production in their new home will be A Christmas Carol, which runs December 9-23.
