Venture Into Realism

Watercolor Art Society – Houston (WAS-H) offers a class to help you Venture Into Realism.  August 14 – 16.

Learn realism proficiency and control for your paintings. Design elements will be conveyed as well as methods to work from your photographic reference.

There will be daily demos, with step-by-step explanations of the concepts and techniques.

Students work with their own subject matter or instructor’s images.  Students should bring 5-10 photos of subjects they are interested in painting. Choice of paintable subject will match skill level.

Details for incorporating elements of realism will be taught and demonstrated. Within the workshop each person’s goals will be identified so their achievements may be met. The instructor will provide lots of one-on-one help.
