In this country music extravaganza, three wide-eyed dreamers meet on a bus bound for Nashville and sing their way along the bumpy road to stardom.
Stages favorites Holland Vavra, Chelsea Ryan McCurdy and Kelley Peters join the cast, led by Stages Artistic Associate Mitchell Greco.
With romance, husband trouble, and a little gospel thrown in for good measure, this torchinâ and twanginâ songfest features favorite hits including 9 to 5, Delta Dawn, Coal Minerâs Daughter and Stand by Your Man and celebrates womenâs voices in country music throughout the years.

Stages Repertory Theatre’s brand-new production of The Honky Tonk Angels is the first production of Stages’ 2015-16 season. The Honky Tonk Angels was previously produced by Stages in 2005.
The Honky Tonk Angels playwright Ted Swindley also wrote the long-running hit Always…Patsy Cline. Swindley was the first Artistic Director of Stages Repertory Theatre, which he founded in 1978.
