Houston Center for Photography presents Focusing Spot: A Creative Space for Young Photographers – Cyanotypes, a workshop for teens ages 12-17, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016.
Explore the world of cyanotypes, the contact printing process developed in the late 1800s. We will learn a brief history of cyanotypes and look at contemporary artists who use them in their practice. We will discuss different ways in which you can print on cyanotype papers and then create prints in which you can take home.
