Summer Fine Arts Camp at St. John the Divine
June 7â11, 2015 (Sunday – Thursday)
Each day at Fine Arts Summer Camp children will experience song, art, and story by teachers fully trained in Education Through Music by The Richards Institute.
As they participate, children are drawn into learning effortlessly. Song fosters a sense of well-being that opens up the learning channel and sets the stage for profound growth. Story stirs the imagination and visual arts stimulates creativity.
A common response to these experiences – by all ages – is “Let’s do it again!”
Parent Participation
Parent participation is essential to a child’s growth during this camp experience. Children are accepted only if a parent/adult family member/close friend commits to full participation with the child every day according to the Sunday-Thursday schedule.
The camp experience is intentionally not a drop-off experience for children 3 years old through grade 4.
