The University of St. Thomas Music Department presents Eddy Marcano: “Venezuela in Violin” (with Jorge Polanco on guitar and cuatro) Saturday, August 29 in UST-Cullen Hall.

Eddy Marcano, violinist, presents music by Venezuelan composers, accompanied by Jorge Polanco on guitar and cuatro. Latin American music lovers will enjoy this musical journey through the regions and moods of Venezuela.

Eddy Marcano, Venezuelan violinist and conductor, has received high accolades as a soloist in performances with the country’s leading orchestras, and through participation in national and international festivals throughout Latin America, Germany, Spain, the United States and England.
