Deanea LeFlore, chief of protocol for the City of Houston, will discuss the zig-zag style of dining common in the United States and the continental style common throughout other countries of the Americas and Europe.
This interactive seminar will compare and contrast dining customs and their practical application so that participants feel comfortable and confident using either style and gain insight about how culture informs these customs.
All registered participants will receive: a three-course buffet lunch, dining etiquette workbook, and certificate of participation.
