The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston presents Conversations with the Director: MFAH Director Gary Tinterow talks with Frank Stella, Thursday, April 14 in the MFAH Brown Auditorium.
In the ongoing “Conversations with the Director” series, Gary Tinterow, director of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, engages an eclectic roster of guests in one-on-one conversations about the arts.
Frank Stella—one of the most important artists of his generation—joins Tinterow for this edition.
The program coincides with the opening of Frank Stella: A Retrospective on April 17 at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, featuring 120 works, including paintings, reliefs, maquettes, sculptures, and drawings.
