Come as you aren’t to Houston’s biggest and best Halloween event! Join the 10th Annual Montrose Crawl on Saturday, October 29th!
We’ve combined a traditional pub crawl with the spirit of trick-or-treating and run it through the heart of Montrose to create a unique experience – strangeness in a strange land. It’s Vampire Mardi Gras, it’s Satan’s Fourth of July, it’s Montrose’s very own Halloween party, and you’re all invited.
First get your costume on, then get your drink on as the Crawl hits 13 bars & restaurants between Dunlavy & Montrose on Westheimer, including to Poison Girl, Jimmy Chew, Pistolero’s, the Free Press Graveyard, Boondocks, Stone’s Throw, Etro Lounge, Catbirds, f/k/a Royal Oak, Doc’s Motorworks, Slick Willie’s, El Real Tex-Mex, and Hay Merchant, with special appearances by the Burger Joint, the Golden Grill, and Koagie Hots!
As always, there’ll be no covers & no tickets, plus drink specials all night long. And prizes will be awarded for the best outfits at each stop, with a grand costume prize awarded by this year’s honorary Grand Crawler.
Check out the rules and last year’s grand prize recipients, the Trophy Case, to see what it takes to win.
A portion of drink sales during the Crawl will be donated to the Houston Area Women’s Center, one of Montrose’s most important aid organizations.
The 10th Annual Montrose Crawl is brought to you by Free Press Houston, Houston’s leading independent media source, Santo, our official beer, Marker’s Mark, our official bourbon, and Izkali, our official tequila, with special flavors & favors provided by Red Bull.
