Featuring performances by:

Kimberly M’Carver

Her songs transcend pure prairie soul, with the warmest tones to comfort your ears since your first experience with a Phil Spector-produced hit. M’Carver’s ethereal coos and pastoral croons are so hypnotizing that you’ll fantasize about her singing with other people.

Libby Koch

“…the kind of crisp but classic country-pop that has all but vanished from Nashville but guarantees the album a welcome spot in the libraries of any Rosanne Cash, Mary Chapin Carpenter or Patty Loveless fan.” – Houston Press (Chris Gray)

Jack Saunders

Saunders has been at this so long he cuts straight to the chase. This isn’t some over-thought, let’s-play-at-folk-rock schtick that numerous young bands have, this is a full-grown pro matching sounds and words — “I say goodbye to gravity when you come around” — with all the precision of someone who’s been at his craft 40 years.

Mistery Loves Company

Mystery Loves Company is a touring and recording Chamber Rock duo and band from Houston, Texas.  “I was practically mesmerized by this duo. The sound from the electric cello, the percussive acoustic, and the perfect pitch harmonies would rivet one to the stage at times.” -George Douglas Lee, Island Guide Magazine

Market Junction

Market Junction is a raw and earthy Texas based Folk/Country band. With a sound that is a bit off the beaten path, they look to bring a fresh feel to the red dirt scene. Soaring harmonies, a multi-instrumentalist and well crafted tunes brand this group’s style.

Ken and Wayne

Houston area singer/songwriter, guitarist, producer, and teacher Ken Gaines has the goal of writing great songs in just about every genre and style you can come up with. “For all the great songs that have been written I belong to a wonderful tribe who believe there are a least as many great ones still to be written.” His voice has the range to cover all styles and his supple guitar work lays down arrangements instead of just chords.  His lyrics are both powerful and poetic and highlight the skills of a story teller and observer of life.

Randy Weeks

The consummate songwriter’s songwriter, Randy Weeks will pull you in, and hook you with each word & every note until you simply can’t let go.

His cool, easy-going attitude paired with his sharp and witty undertones make Randy Weeks’ style undeniably his own. Soundtracking the ever-present undercurrent of our popular culture, Weeks’ music can be heard on international radio stations, Grammy award winning albums, and in feature films.

Mike Stinson

“Mike Stinson is dangerous, the kind of songwriter who can upend the way you see the world with a single line, and whose lean, mean rock and roll machine of a band usually starts at a Chuck Berry gallop and goes from there. They can crank it so hard, in fact, it’s entirely possible to miss all the diamond-tipped rejoinders, double entendres, aphorisms and the occasional outright burn that litter Stinson’s songs, and make him one of the wickedest lyricists around today.” – Houston Press
