PrintMatters Summer Invitational (PrintHouston 2016)

In conjunction with PrintHouston 2016, Nicole Longnecker Gallery presents PrintMatters Summer Invitational, an exhibition of juried art, opening Saturday, July 9, 2016 with an opening reception from 5pm –8pm.

In the inaugural PrintMatters Summer Invitational, Nicole Longnecker Gallery showcases the juried works of Texas artists and printmakers. Work varies from lithography, relief, intaglio, monotype, to serigraphy. PrintMatters Summer Invitational is this year’s PrintMatters major exhibition of original prints, along with being a celebration of the artists who create them and the people who collect them.

“We are delighted to host the inaugural PrintMatter’s Summer Invitational,” said gallery owner Nicole Longnecker. “Each year, PrintMatters excels in bringing exciting, edgy artwork to Houston collectors and the resulting exhibit is enlightening and beautiful. This is an exhibit print collectors should not miss.”

PrintMatters is a Houston-based arts organization whose mission is to promote traditional and non-traditional printmaking, encourage print collecting, and facilitate the professional growth of their members.
