Back by popular demand, City Dance is reprising Password Required: A Night at the Cabaret, Saturday and Sunday, April 23 and 24.
It’s an upbeat tribute to cabaret shows that takes the audience on a whirlwind tour of the decades from a ride on the “A” train to a pointe shoe tap piece to a celebration of the flapper era to a big USO number to a tribute to Josephine Baker, all the while giving glimpses of the preparations, rivalries, triumphs, and disappointments that go on behind the scenes.
These glances backstage will be accompanied by the live music of Song “Songbyrd” Williamson and band.
