Atelierista

The Mariago Collective is pleased to present Atelierista, an exhibition curated by Lee Carrier and Dandee Warhol, which looks at Houston’s profound atelieristas – an educator with an arts background engaged in a broad spectrum of activities related to cultivating art, practicing the arts, and/or demonstrating an art.

The exhibition seeks to investigate the works of those who share the common usage in both everyday speech and academic discourse as a practitioner in the visual arts as well as advocate for art through their work and teachings.
