Brazilian Friends Foundation invites you to the exhibition Free Will – The world from a different perspective” by Mona Lisa Brocchini.

It is a new colorful mixed media series in which the artist  encourages the observer to think about the importance of finding harmony when observing connections, and establishing associations with the present moment.

“Free Will” opens at Galeria Regina on Saturday, September 12 and goes through October 31,2015 from noon to 4pm. An opening Artist’s Reception will be held at the gallery from 6 to 9 pm on Saturday, September 12.  The exhibit will also have an Artists’ Reception Saturday, October 10, from 6 to 9pm.

Mona creates her artwork like pieces of a big mandala, while connecting her center with the entirety that it characterizes, the Universe. She enhances her works aggregating ordinary materials to create a multidimensional poetic perspective in sculptures and paintings.

About the artist – Mona Lisa Brocchini was born in Salvador, Brazil, where she graduated in Architecture from the Federal University of Bahia and also  attended the School of Fine Arts.
