Fare-thee-well Fiesta

Montrose residents have fond memories of their beloved Fiesta – cheap produce, specialty meats and aisles of vino. But its days were numbered when the new flagship H-E-B set up shop across the street last November.  As reported by CultureMap last month, Fiesta closed its doors for the last time yesterday.

Finger Companies announced in January that it had bought the shopping center and intended to build a Mediterranean Mid-rise.
