2nd Annual Real Estate Forum
On November 19th the Montrose District hosted their 2nd Annual real estate Forum at La Colombe d ‘Or, 3407 Yoakum Blvd.
Speakers included Bobby Heugel of Anvil and Hay Merchant, Scott McClelland of HEB and Jason Baker with Baker Katz. The topic of the luncheon was retail development and its impact on the changing face of the Montrose.
Guests received a comprehensive brochure that detailed all aspects of development taking place in the District.
