Paul Qui’s last visit to Uchi Houston was so successful he returned this weekend. Catch the Top Chef champion and James Beard award winner through July 11. 6 months after opening, Uchi still packs in the crowds, has been recognized by Allison Cook, 29-95 and Eater Houston for their inventive and fresh approach to sushi just this month. The also have quite the impressive happy hour: Sake Socials from 5:00 – 6:30 pm daily. This Montrose newcomer is already a legend and we look forward to what they will dream up next – hopefully it will be breakfast!
