Last week the Houston Apartment Association Honors Awards were announced and a Montrose development took home some accolades.

Voted on by a “panel of industry veterans” according to the Houston Chronicle recap, criteria for the awards included service to residents, floor plans, structural and maintenance upkeep, physical aesthetics, community and environmental responsibility, operations and the general uniqueness of the properties.

The Muse at 1301 Richmond won in the category of New Development, Mid-Rise, 151-300 units. Some of its bragging rights include features like 24-hour emergency maintenance, a 5-star customer service rating, yoga and spin rooms, an onsite dog park and efforts to “go green” this year. Congratulations!
