Students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades from across the Greater Houston area are welcome to attend the workshops, taught by current HSPVA Visual Arts students.
The workshops are designed to strengthen students’ creativity in a collaborative environment. The classes offered are Figure Drawing (with a clothed model), Modular Form/Installation Experience, Automatism, and Bodies in Space.
Each workshop offers a session on giving constructive criticism, a special screening of HSPVA students’ digital work, a pizza lunch and a special edition HSPVA Visual Arts t-shirt.
