Some of Houston’s best crepes come from a stand most often located at 403 Westheimer Rd. Melange Creperie is a modest cart serving some of the most lauded Parisian-style crepes in the city (so good Chronicle critic Alison Cook once gave it three stars). However, being out in the elements means the crepes are not always available should Mother Nature decide to intervene.

Nick Hall, a Montrose resident, recently spotted a sign inside the H-E-B Montrose Market stating that Melange Creperie would be “coming soon.” Mother Nature may not be as big a factor in being able to procure some of the tastiest crepes in town after all.
